How do you reset the oil change light in a 1995? thanks!

1. Turn key to run,don't start engine.
2. Press ENG. MET on the trip monitor,then within 5 secs press it again.
3. Within 5 secs. press and hold Gauges Button on the trip monitor,the change oil light should flaash.
4. Hold gauges button until change oil light stops flashing and goes out.Should take about 10 secs.

It is now reset.If the light does not go out,turn the key to the off position and try steps 1-4 again.

Remember to reset this after every oil change regardless if the light comes on or not. Good Luck

No,Just experiences I have come across from owning vettes over the last 8 years.I wish I had all the answers:D

thanks Lethal going to try this this weekend. Will let you know if I have any other proplems.
