Life long desire to have a corvette finally achieved. Got a 1986 with 39k miles and garaged for the last couple of years. There is squeaking behind the driver and passenger. Have lubed the zerts and silicone sprayed everything. Is this common, could it be shocks, could it be the body rubbing? The tires don't seem to be rubbing so I have ruled that out. Any help is appreciated.

Hey, welcome to SmokinVette!!! :thumbsup3:
Try posting this in the C4 sub section of the forums. Possibly under tech and performance. I have a 1992 and when I go over bumps I too get a squeaking noise, I suspect it' s my shocks.
