You are right on that, alot of people seem to have that problem!

I haven't had a problem yet BUT you might as well get one form COD like I'm going to do Ziggy. Great guys and this is cheap insurence!!!!!

Not to difficult -- it comes with good directions -- BUT, if you run into problems -- we are ready to step in. Looking forward to seeing you again.

No ignorance -- good question.
It is when you steering column locks in place and you can not turn it to the right or left. Basically your dead.
This piece is a bypass to prevent an inherent issue.
