Running out of hope, my AC is blowing cold on one side and on the other its blowing warm? I have replaced the Control Unit and still no change the AC Vent Air On Drivers Side is cold while the other side is cooking the passenger?

That problem happened to me in my '02 there are air flaps should be operated by electric servos that are operated by the temp control knob, you need to turn temp knob up and down and look for movement at the servo.

The system in these cars uses air temp sensors to determine what the vent temp is. What you can do is have the BCM (body control system) scanned and determine what the BCM is actually reading. A incorrect vent temp reading could cause the hot and cold problems that you are seeing!

Thanks punisher, I don't feel like taking this thing apart again, think I'm going to bring it in for service. :( At least it will get fixed and I won't have a headache.
