: Installing Z06 Rear Brake Vents on C5 bradleyback 09-27-2007, 06:00 AM I have a 2003 C5 NOT Z06 and like how the rear brake vents look, are these possible to install on a non Z06? If so whats the process and other than a junk yard where can I find a set of these brake vents? Cheers! Lethal Tendencies 09-27-2007, 08:19 AM Yes you can install them on a non Z06. Its actually an easy install.The hard part is to get the nerve to cut into your rocker panel. The brakes are Brembo GTs (14" rotors, with Hawk Black pads). Great brakes for track use (rr), not really necessary for the street, but look good. This car is hot! I was looking at C5 Corvette, mid 90's Viper or Lotus. Looking around in this site I've seen a few corvettes that are just pushing me towards a corvette. If I end up getting a corvette I will need to hit you guys up on some tips. | |
