1985 Ignition Wire Diagrams Please

Hello everyone, Well first things first, Im brand new to this forum, i've been looking around when i need help on a project but i recently made my account and this is my first post.

So i bought this start button switch on ebay, Its nothing fancy and you still need keys to start your car, so pretty much you just add an extra switch, for more info i was going to add links for you guys, but i need 10 posts at least and i have zero, so please, do a youtube search on "mighty car mods how to install a start button" - thats how its supposed to work. also, on ebay its as simple as typing in push start button. its a relay box, a button, and packaging.. simple, but i have no idea which wires i need to access on my 85 vette since the ignition cylinder has no visible wires and putting the steering column back together was a real pain I dont know where those wires are and i dont have diagrams. . . any help is much appreciated, thank you everyone.

You already have the relay ; just use the new switch to operate that relay instead of wiring in a new one

Ok. I see. Behind the info center... and above the head unit. Right? And the diagram shows the wires in the relay box, or just the relay box, no wires comming/connected to relay box?

Forget about the OEM starter relay or it's location. You install this the same way you would a remote starter. The only thing you need worry about is the starter and power wires in the ignition harness.

Use the relay that comes with the kit on the yellow (I think) starter wire because you don't want the high amps going through your little button switch. Be sure to use the Orange acc wire for relay power and not the Red constant 12v (you don't want the button to turn the starter without the key on)...

I know its pointless and stupid but it adds a little more... interest to the old faded corvette, Ill try to post the how to precess if anybody is interested, i was thinking of doing "how to youtube videos" on working on my c4 while i restore it. But it might take a little more skill from my part, which i sorta dont have. BUT ANYWAYS, THANKS A LOT MATT i appreciate it, thanks to the rest that helped.
