Windshild wiper arm removal ?

Does anyone know how to remove the drivers side windshild wiper arm? I just want to remove it to adjust it because at it's far left sweep it's hitting the windshield molding. Thanks in advance.

I was using a small pry bar but it wasn't budging and I didn't want to force it. Someone told me there might be a retaining nut but I don't see one.

I've never seen any car with a retaining ring but I don't know for sure about a C6
I doubt it

I usually rock them a bit and the pop off.....
