STAGE ONE “The All Natural”
(C5 or C6 $2890)

1. Callaway Cold Air Induction System
This system allows the engine to consume ambient air rather than hot air from inside the engine compartment. Secondly, the path of incoming air has been altered from that of the Factory airbox to increase efficiency and eliminate high RPM “stall”.

2. Corsa “Catback” Exhaust System
In addition to Corsa’s signature exhaust tone –increased exhaust flow helps to evacuate spent gases more quickly resulting in more horsepower and torque.

3. Custom Recalibration of Vehicles Power train Control Module (PCM)
Using HP Tuners Software we gain access to the PCM. All areas of Powertrain management are adjusted to maximize vehicle performance and efficiency. This includes engine timing, fuel consumption and transmission shift points to name a few.

This package includes the installation of all components and before and after DYNO testing to confirm RWHP and TQ increase

STAGE TWO “Business With Pleasure”
(Single Turbo, C5: $9735 or C6: $10,120)

NOTE: Corvettes with automatic transmission will more often than not need a “Stall Converter” to take full advantage of this package (PLEASE SEE – Bolt-On Section for details).

2. AFR Cylinder Heads
These aftermarket cylinder head castings increase intake and exhaust port volume and flow, which in turn increases power and efficiency in all engine operating ranges. They also provide a thicker deck surface for increased reliability and better Head Gasket retention in high horsepower applications.

3. COD Custom Camshaft Kit
This is our special custom grind cam. Custom grind cams are important to your performance setup. Corvettes of Dallas will go to the trouble of making this custom cam for your application, so you don’t have to!

This kit includes a custom ground Camshaft and hardened Pushrods to compliment the AFR Cylinder Heads. Camshaft lift and duration are determined by your power and drivability goals. A wilder Camshaft may make additional powertrain modifications a necessity (Please visit our Bolt-On Performance Section for details and speak with our Performance Specialist to custom tailor this Package to your specific taste in performance.)

4. Kooks Headers and X-Pipe
Headers and X-Pipe finish out the Exhaust System which removes restrictions from the path of spent waste gases.

STAGE THREE “Weekend Warrior”
(C5: $15,085 or C6: $14,050)

1. APS Twin Turbo Kit (C5, C6, C6 Z06, and GTO)

a. Twin 500 HP liquid cooled ball bearing Turbo Chargers for zero “lag” and instantaneous boost.
b. Twin Vertical Flow Bar and Plate Intercoolers for massive levels of chilled charge air.
c. Twin Intake System for free and easy breathing.
d. Inconel Turbine Wheel and Ni-Resist Turbine Housings for the ultimate in high exhaust gas temperature longevity.
e. Twin Dual Vent Blow Off Valves for precise boost control and response.

Installation of this Kit requires NO cutting of stock body panels.

2. Dual Valve Spring Kit
A Corvettes of Dallas Exclusive! This Dual Spring Kit replaces the fatigue prone Valve Springs for the ultimate in longevity and high RPM performance.

3. Upgraded Fuel Delivery System
Eight, 800cc Fuel Injectors and a Fuel Pressure Management Computer ensure sufficient fuel delivery for extremely high power and high boost pressure applications.

This Package includes the installation of all components, custom PCM recalibration, and before and after DYNO testing. Depending on Your Power and Drivability goals other drivetrain modifications may be necessary. (Please visit our Bolt-On Performance Section for details.)

The LS7 Clutch will hold up to 500 RWHP. For power levels above 500 RWHP an aftermarket clutch is a must!
